josephmiddleton on "[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Jetpack available for install through subscriber dashboard"

I just logged into my site as sometimes I do with my subscriber login instead of my admin login. I logged in and seen that in my subscriber dashboard there was JETPACK. Asking to register my site with jetpack and all the plug-ins had learn about them. I clicked on the link and it was as if it was never registered and asking me to register.

Is this supposed to be this way?
