codestyling on "[Plugin: Codestyling Localization] Twenty eleven translation into dutch"

I do not understand the problem. Are the translattion files not been written or did your blog simply show up at english because you never said at wp-config.php that you want dutch (and having the correct wordpress main translation files in place)?
