Save changes will not work. Tried changing general setting and click Save Changes, secure filters pop-up appears for a few seconds then disappears. Changes appear be saved until you refresh the page. Same thing happens when I try putting "/" in URL Filters and click Save Changes. Thank you for any help you can provide.
