jircas on "keyword search under specified link categories"

I have created many links in my site and assigned a category for each link. I would like to make a search for these links.
for example:
link 1: category1
link 2: category1
link 3: category2
link 4: category3
when users input a keyword in the input box and check category1, the search result will display all links which include this keyword in title and belong to category1.
Is it possible to have an option 'OR' and 'AND', which means: give user a choice. when users select more than one categories, users can decide to search under "category1 and category2" (both category1 and category2) or "category1 or category2".
I found link library plugin can do some link search, but it does not support 'OR' and 'AND' function, and also do not support multilanguage. Because my site is Japanese, I really want this search can support multilanguage.
