Hi Azurite, it sounds like you're viewing the correct screen, but just above the sections you described, there should be a blue header that says "iTunes, App Store, iBookStore..." with four buttons below it. Do you see that?
And just to make sure, you've already joined the iTunes affiliate program for the U.S., correct?
