Jetpack has stopped updating the list of subscribers. I know that more people have subscribed to my site than I see in the stats. I am self-hosting my WordPress site but my Jetpack is connected to Wordpress.com. Can you tell me how to get the full list of subscribers? My site is http://ericyoffie.com
