myladeybugg on "[Plugin: User Role Editor] Don't see plugin on network admin dashboard"

I am running multisite and have installed this plugin. I thought this plugin would only be available to the network admin, but don't see it in the network admin dashboard anywhere.

I am only seeing it in each child site's dashboard. I only want the network admin to have access to this plugin, not anyone else.

Is this possible? Did I possibly install it incorrectly?
