Hi,

that depends on the name of the file for that .json file. You could give it a "special"/custom name (e.g. en_US_gaarenstroom) for the language, and then use that only on the desired tables by adding a parameter like

[table id=123 datatables_locale="en_US_gaarenstroom" /]

there.
