ep2012 on "Seeking plugin where people can suggest posts"

Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin where users (even non users) can suggest topics of posts so I have something to write about.

I thought I remember seeing a plugin a year or two ago like this, but I searched high & low & can't find anything.
