tonyitsu on "[Plugin: Better WP Security] Site Lockout Notification"

I want to stop receiving site lockout notifications. I turned off email notifications and am still receiving them. I then put in a false email address but even after that they keep coming.

For some reason, it is not taking my settings even though it looks as if it is since the box is not checked and there is a false email address in the field.

How can I fix this?
