EDIT: I installed Use Google Libraries 1.5 and it now works. Hope that helps.

Hi,
I am having the same non-responsive UI issue.
Running at Hostgator:
Version 1.5rc6
WP 3.5
I have two sites, one had an older WP (now upgraded to 3.5) and it always worked, and now still does.
New site, WP3.5 with 1.5rc6, I can't edit anything in the query in either Drupal or tabs view.
Firebug shows no JS issues (nothing doesn't load happily..I suppose I could be missing a rqd js entirely.)
Any thoughts? Many thanks.
