Adam on "[Plugin: Redirection] Deleted Redirects Aren't Deleted"

This plugin works really well, except for one instance when I delete a redirect. The deleted redirect still redirects. I'd like for the redirect to stop redirecting after it is deleted. Hope this tongue-twister makes sense. :) Thanks!
