Image Metadata Cruncher v1.2 does not appear to work with WP 3.5. Accessing the settings once the plugin has been uploaded presents a "You do not have sufficient privileges to access this page." error.
In addition, the plugin displays 3 PHP notices/errors within the WP Plugins screen itself:
