It seems settings URL is missing, it points to "[YOUR SITE]/wp-admin/admin.php?page="
URL must be "[YOUR SITE]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=image_metadata_cruncher-options&tab=settings"
In the meanwhile, type this URL in your browser, it works for me.
