zandercent on "[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] limit caching for part of a page? (shopping cart)"

HI,
I am using page cahce on an ecommerce site - problem is the "you have xxx items in your cart" doesn't update when page cache is turned on.
Is there a way to disable page cache for part of a page? (ie the shopping cart?)
