Kalen7 on "[Plugin: Display Widgets] HOW do I "show the options panel for the widget I would like to hide??""

I'm new to all this, and when I go to Appearance / widgets I don't see any way to "show an options panel" for any widget. I'm sure it will be obvious once you point it out, but for now it's VERY FRUSTRATING! Thanks for your help.
