dipak_s on "[Plugin: Front End Upload] Not getting e-mail notifications."

I can successfully upload video and get the mail with link but when i open that link i could not run the video.
furthermore, I would like to display those video with thumbnail image on front (website) with approval of admin. can anyone give hint
