I'm checking on that blank popup notification. It ought to not show unless there's stuff in it. Probably a bug. I'll update here later.
2.4 doesn't support Courseware, correct. It's possible to add support for most plugins, but someone has to write the code.
Aiming for a release of Achievements 3 in the next two weeks.
