Hello there
I'd like to have clients, login into a Wordpress 'page' and fill out a questionnaire.
I'd like it some they can come back at any time - and continue entering data.
The key is
1) The login using a password created for them
2) The client's ability to to complete the questions over a period of time - with content already entered saved
3) The data is emailed to me or I receive a flag indicating the form has been completed.
4) The ability to upload and attach files to the form
Would appreciate any thoughts/experience etc in this area
