nextgenxx on "[Plugin: Members] How to make custom capabilities for Google Maps Store Locator plugin"

I have searched around but can not figure out how to make a custom role for another plugin "Google Maps Store Locator".

I just want to make a role that only has access to use the "store locator plugin" to upload new stores and nothing else. How can I have this plugin listed in the edit role screen?
