When I try to drag'n'drop the widgets, it just keeps generating more placeholders below the widget, both for active and passive widgets.
I still cannot move any widgets.

Ps. I'm using firefox 17.0.1 on Windows 7 SP1.
Also tried and failed in IE 9.0.8113.16421 and Chrome 24.0.1312.57 m
