WBwithWP on "[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Locked out of admin login"

Hi
I activated the plugin and site was fine for about one minute. Then unable to navigate dashboard or load site.
I revised wp-admin.php as recommended and after a 10-15 minute delay, the site would reload.
I am still unable to reach the login page and receive a 404.
