In the settings I can list Canada, Mexico, US. Now when i go checkout it will only show 1 of them for the billing dropdown selection. The one it shows is Canada since that is the first in alphabetical order.
If I enable all countries it shows the first one on the alphabetical list and that's it. Also I can't search for any others.
What would cause only the first one to display only?
