I have a Wordpress blog since 2007 and searching a way to create a blog with a plug-in Photo Gallery with a rating system on the photos (and some other requirements). As i already understood this was impossible from Wordpress.com platform.
Can i make a blog in Wordpress.org without any Code needs, maybe just keep my blog from Wordpress and just add a Plug-in able to do what i need ?
What i exactly want is a Photo Gallery (for competition use) with rating on the Photo (initially as a thumbnail an then as a full preview of the photo), and not a separate voting sheet. Voting should be allowed only to registered users, and rating should be easily collected maybe in excel in order to calculate the results. It has to forbid double votings from same users. IPs etc.
