Smithore on "[Plugin: Simple SEO Slideshow] Image resize??"

Hi,
I found your plugin really useful to me: I'm looking for a widget who can show all the pictures of the site in the header.
I have only one problem: It shows the pictures in real size and don't resize the full picture to the slideshow size.
How can I do if i want the picture fully fit in the slideshow, I mean not cropped???
