NewWPHack on "[Plugin: Login With Ajax] New to WP - plugin not working"

1 week into WP self teaching. I installed this plugin as the screenshot looked like this would present a small login on screen rather than an entire login page. Well did the install and I am still getting a full size login page. What am I supposed to do after intall??
