Looimaster on "[Plugin: Breadcrumb NavXT] How to add "Blog" to path on single post page?"

I've got page template that displays all blog posts (it's BLOG TEMPLATE page made by theme developer).

The problem is Breadcrumb NavXT displays this when I'm on single post page:

Home > Category (or tag or date) > Single post name

And I want it to be this:

Home > Blog > Single post name

Where Blog links back to my BLOG TEMPLATE page that I created under [Pages > Blog]. How do I do that? There is no option to set "root page" for "POST" post type. There is such option for all other post types though.
