I seem to have an issue saving the setting I select in the video skin. For example I set the description box to be not has tall for video skin and it does not change on site.

Would like to reduce height of description box and no matter what settings I do, it does not reflect on site. Same for other settings.
Is this a servier permission issue? If so what folder needs to be adjusted.
