fmevans on "[Plugin: Jamie Social Icons] Sharing post instead of homepage (where icons are located)"

Hi there,
I love this simple to use plugin, and have added it to the homepage of a client's site (via adding shortcode). When clicking on the icon however, the information that is to be shared is the latest blog posting.

How can I get the text/link to be about the site's homepage and not the latest blog?
