I want to install a form into the left-hand cell of a two-column table. The code I came up with results in the form appearing below the right-hand cell, instead of beside it. Apparently, there is some CSS overriding the table definition, but I don't see it.
On the page below, the comments from previous participants should appear alongside the registration form, not above it.
