max22 on "[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] How to change FS Contact Form Input field colour"

I want to change the colour of the following words but don't seem to be able to do it.
My background is black and want these field names to be in #888888.

email address*
subject*
message*
CAPTCHA Code: *

i would also like the line "Please use the form below to contact me." to read in colour #0da4d3

can anybody help me
